The Shared Living Group Ltd was founded in 2017, following the owners 5 years of experience owning and managing Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMO’s). Initially The Shared Living Group was founded to provide the provision of temporary / emergency accommodation and management.
Due to the knowledge and experience gained in the Emergency / Temporary Housing sector this has expanded into Property Sourcing and Refurbishment/Redevelopment and the provision of both Management and Technology Solutions and Services to Third Parties in the Social Housing arena.
The Shared Living Group are planning to expand the service into Hampshire, Isle of Wight, Devon, Cornwall, Somerset, and Wiltshire.
We are also looking to work with owners of appropriate properties to expand our managed property solution so that their property can be used to deliver temporary / emergency accommodation.
